Custom Packaging

Packaging Designed for Your Product

Standard sizes are a starting point, not a limit. Dimensions, ply, thickness, material, printing and packing format are all built around what you actually pack.
Why Custom

Because the standard size costs you somewhere else

Every millimetre that does not fit turns into void fill, damaged product, slower packing or higher freight. Custom packaging removes that trade-off.

Better product fit

Packaging dimensioned to the product holds it in place, so movement and contact damage are reduced.

Fit

Right-sized cost

Correct material and thickness means paying for protection you need, not for material you do not.

Value

Packing-line friendly

Format, opening style and pack counts are set around how your team actually packs and dispatches.

Process
Step 01

Requirement assessment

We start with the product, not the material. Photographs, drawings or a physical sample all help — but a clear description works too.
  • What is being packed, and how fragile or sensitive is it?
  • How is it handled — manual, trolley, pallet, conveyor?
  • How is it stacked, stored and transported?
  • How many pieces per pack, and packs per consignment?
  • Any printing, branding or identification requirement?

Step 02

Material selection

The material follows the protection requirement: corrugated for structure, EPE Foam Packaging for cushioning, LDPE Bubble & Protective Packaging for surface and impact protection, films for sealing and bundling, accessories to finish the job.

Corrugated

Ply and grade matched to load and handling.

EPE Foam Packaging

Thickness and density matched to cushioning need.

LDPE Bubble & Protective

Surface, impact, dust and handling protection.

Poly & Films

Sealing, bundling and load stability.

Accessories

Closing, securing, edge and specialist protection.

Step 03

Dimension and thickness

Dimensions, ply and thickness are finalised in writing and carried through every repeat order, so the specification never drifts.

Dimensions

Internal dimensions set around the product, with handling and stacking clearance accounted for.

Ply & grade

3-ply, 5-ply or 7-ply corrugated — selected against the load the pack has to carry.

Thickness

Foam and film thickness chosen against the impact and abrasion the product faces.

Printing options we work with

  • Product and part numbers
  • Brand and logo printing
  • Handling and warning marks
  • Batch or size identification
  • Single or multi-colour print
  • Plain (unprinted) packing
Step 04

Printing and branding

Print is not decoration — it is how a box is identified on the shop floor and in the warehouse. We print what your dispatch and stores team actually needs, in the colours that make it legible.

Step 05 — Prototype / sample approval

Nothing goes into bulk before you have checked a sample against your own product. Fit, strength, print and finish are all verified at this stage — which is exactly where problems are cheapest to fix.

Step 06

Production and bulk supply

With the sample approved, the requirement moves into full-scale production and scheduled supply, planned around your consumption schedule.

Production planning

Quantities and sequence are scheduled against the specification you approved.

Bulk quantities

Regular consumption is supplied as a standing requirement rather than one-off orders.

Dispatch planning

Reliable dispatch scheduling for industrial customers across Pan India.
